Kaivan Gill is a seasoned, licensed real estate professional.  We are a full-service agency proudly serving the 5 boroughs of New York, Nassau & Suffolk counties, as well as Yonkers and Westchester. With a wealth of experience in real estate and a deep-rooted passion for helping clients navigate one of the most important milestones of their lives—the purchase or sale of a home—Kaivan has built a reputation for excellence and trust.

Before transitioning to real estate, Kaivan enjoyed a successful 16-year career in Financial Services & Risk Management as an Executive and Vice President on Wall Street. His extensive background in finance and risk mitigation now informs his real estate practice, where he leverages his expertise to ensure every transaction is smooth, informed, and successful. Kaivan’s meticulous attention to detail and unwavering integrity set him apart in an industry where trust and personal connections matter most.

Having purchased his first home at the age of 20, Kaivan understands firsthand the challenges and stress associated with real estate transactions. His goal is to provide clients with a seamless, stress-free experience, combining his financial acumen with a compassionate, client-centered approach. He listens carefully to clients' needs, offers tailored guidance, and works tirelessly to exceed their expectations.

An immigrant from Barbados, Kaivan moved to the United States at 15, where he balanced work and studies to earn a Summa Cum Laude degree in Business Management, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. His journey embodies the power of perseverance and the value of education, which he continues to advocate for through his philanthropic efforts.

In his spare time, Kaivan is dedicated to W.I.S.H., a nonprofit he co-founded that provides school supplies and resources to orphanages in the underserved West Indian community. He is also a proud member of the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP) and the Long Island LGBT Chamber of Commerce, actively contributing to a more inclusive and diverse real estate industry.
